Horse colleges? (Kentucky state u?)?

I am a ways away from college, but I wanted to know about any colleges that offer an equestrian program, as well as being a normal college. I have heard that Kentucky State University has one, is it any good? Any reviews (good or bad) on this college or any other horse one would be great!
